This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services for Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP) Expansion Phase 1B, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town of The Blue Mountains (Town) will accept Proposals from Consulting Engineering Firms to provide engineering services related to four (4) evaluation studies and reports, 60%, 90%, and 100% (final) design and construction administration for the construction of the Phase 1B expansion of the Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP). The assignment will include design, tender preparation, contract administration, construction inspection, provision of record drawings and warranty administration including an asset replacement report at the end of the project.
