This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for a Sign Management Program, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive sign management program that will inspect and evaluate the Town’s current inventory of Regulation and Warning signage. Subsequent to the inspection, the contractor will supply and install signs that fail to meet the minimum required retro-reflectivity standards.
