This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Improvements to Reservoir Cells – Happy Valley Water Reservoir, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is seeking one qualified contractor to complete improvements to the Happy Valley Water Reservoir cells, located at 136 Happy Valley Road, Blue Mountains. The General Scope of Work is the repair of the existing exposed interior and exterior concrete walls and roof slab of the north and south reservoir cells, replacement of the sealant material at the joint between the roof slab and the perimeter walls of the cells and chemical injection of cracks in the perimeter walls of the cells at 136 Happy Valley Road, Town of The Blue Mountains, Ontario. This Work shall be phased such that Work shall not commence before April 1, 2025, and shall be complete, disinfected and recommissioned before June 30, 2025. If both reservoirs cannot be complete in that period, a second window is available from September 1, 2025, with completion by December 10, 2025 for the second reservoir.
