The Town of The Blue Mountains (‘Town’ or ‘TBM’) is seeking to select a multidisciplinary consulting firm or consortium with expertise in comprehensive transportation planning, land-use planning and public consultation to prepare a Transportation Master Plan (‘TMP’).
