This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design Build for Washroom Facility and Pavilion at Moreau Park, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Town is seeking a Design Build Team to complete a fulsome design and final construction of a Washroom Facility and Pavilion at Moreau Park, located at 58 Alfred Street, Thornbury. The Town has completed an internal review of building requirements.  The result of these reviews is a list of Building Requirements (Section A) that must be incorporated into the building design with the project budget being a determining factor.
