This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for a Town Wide CCTV Sewer Inspection and Condition Assessment, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The work is located in various locations throughout the Town of The Blue Mountains including Town, County and MTO Right of Ways as well as easements.

The Town-Wide CCTV Sewer Inspection and Condition Assessment will investigate the condition of sanitary and storm sewers located within roads and easements in The Blue Mountains. Work to be provided annually by the successful Bidder will vary from year to year and is generally described as follows but not limited to: 

• Cleaning and flushing of approximately 14 km of Sanitary Sewer
• CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment for 14 km of Sanitary Sewer
• CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment for over 5.3 km of Sanitary Laterals
• Cleaning and flushing of 6.5 km of Storm Sewer
• CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment for 6.5 km of Storm Sewer
• CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment for 1.6 km of CB leads and culverts
