This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-01-T-OPS for the provision of Catch Basin and Stormceptor Cleaning, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars. The Town is seeking One (1) qualified Contractor to clean storm structures throughout the Town of The Blue Mountains. There are approximately 1500 storm structures in the Town of The Blue Mountains. The Town divides all its storm structures into two geographic areas, one centered on the Thornbury/Clarksburg/Lora Bay area and the other on the Craigleith area. There are approximately 650 structures to be cleaned annually which includes catch basins and stormceptors throughout the Town. The Town will provide direction to the Contractor as to which areas are to be cleaned on an annual basis. The Town of The Blue Mountains is Canada’s second fastest growing municipality and serves as home to over 9,300 full-time residents, with an extensive part-time and seasonal population.
