This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) and The Blue Mountains Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the Blue Mountains Public Library L.E. Shore Memorial Library & Gallery Space Utilization Study, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Blue Mountains Public Library is seeking proposals to conduct a Space Utilization Study for the L.E. Shore Memorial Library and Gallery in Thornbury, Ontario.
