This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Septic Reconfiguration at The Blue Mountains Solid Waste Disposal Site, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (TBM) is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide the required labour, equipment, tools, and materials for the supply, installation, inspection and commissioning of a reconfigured septic system, as per the specifications and design prepared by the qualified designer under the Ontario Building Code. The Work is to be performed at TBM Solid Waste Disposal Site, 788090 Grey Road 13, Clarksburg, Ontario, in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal regulations. Located between the Niagara Escarpment and the shores of Georgian Bay, the Town of The Blue Mountains is recognized as a premier four season destination offering a lifestyle as diverse as its natural surroundings.
