This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Washroom Upgrades at The Blue Mountains Public Library as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).

The washroom upgrades at The Blue Mountains Public Library aim to modernize existing facilities to improve accessibility, safety, and user comfort. The project will address aging infrastructure through mechanical and electrical upgrades and refreshed architectural finishes, with the Contractor responsible for all aspects of construction delivery. These improvements and deliverables support the Town’s broader objective of maintaining inclusive, functional, and community-focused public spaces.
