This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Development of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the Wastewater Division, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

A system-wide Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was issued on August 25, 2022 for the Town’s wastewater collection system serviced by The Blue Mountains’ Wastewater Treatment Plants. This system wide ECA covers the wastewater collection system and twelve (12) sewage pumping stations (SPS) located in The Blue Mountains.

One of the conditions of the system wide ECA for the Town is that each of the twelve (12) SPS’ will have up-to-date operations manuals prepared and implemented on or before June 09, 2023.
