This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the completion of a Corporate Service Delivery Review and Planning and Development Process and Fees Review, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Town invites proponents to submit proposals to complete a Municipal Service Delivery, Organizational Structure, Operational Review and Planning and Development Process and Fees Review. This Review is seen as a team approach, to be built in partnership with Council and staff and facilitated and developed by a third party to assess the Town’s areas of strength, identify areas where there are challenges, and develop a strategy for implementation to address the current and future needs of the Town.
