This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) and The Blue Mountains Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for The Blue Mountains Public Library Service Desk & Furniture Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Library is looking to update the service desk and computer station furniture for a high flow area of the main branch of this library system. The Vendor shall provide turn-key services for the proposed furniture plan (scope) shown in Appendix D as well as supply and deliver office furniture (“Products”) and related services (“Services”) for the completion of the project.
